The differences between Pre-shrinking, washing and sand washing.

 many customers get the spot with the original feel different, then why is it different? 

It is usually done because of pre-shrinking or washing or sand washing.

Then what are the differences between pre-shrinking, washing and sand washing in the end?

With physical methods to reduce the shrinkage of fabric after immersion 

to reduce the shrinkage of the finishing process, 

also known as mechanical pre-shrinking finishing.

 Pre-shrinkage is mainly to control the fabric by the shrinkage, 

pre-shrinkage of the fabric before the shrinkage is generally 7 to 8%

Pre-shrinking, the fabric of the conventional shrinkage requirements

 to achieve the national standard 3% or 3% of the American standard, 

due to different drying methods, American standard is relatively high,

 the US standard 3% equivalent to 1% of the national standard.

 and there will be a thickening of the fabric of the illusion

Sand washing and washing process is actually almost, but add the same thing, 

generally add alkaline or oxidative additives, 

of course, will be the amount of some softeners.

And add alkaline additives is to destroy the fabric surface of the organization, 

so that after the sand wash fabric feel softer, 

and then the fabric surface will play some fluff, there will be a layer of faint white mist.

So, after the sand wash fabric will become soft, will be velvet, 

the fabric will have a thickening of the illusion,

 but this fabric is easy to split, gently pull it may be broken, 

we generally do not recommend thin fabric to do Sand wash.
