In the Autumn of 2018, Shanghai Maron’s Hiking Has Ended Successfully

In order to enhance our team cohesion, all members of Shanghai Maron and 9 special guests gathered in the ancient city gate to participate in the hiking of the Jing she road on November 17, 2018. Through this activity, the communication between employees has been strengthened, so that new employees can quickly integrate into the team and find a sense of belonging, making the content of the hiking much richer and meaningful.
From the entrance of road, we go up the mountain and pass through six classic attractions such as Wuli cave, Buddha-shape pillar, Kaobil Cave, The ruin of an india nunnery, Wangzi Cave and Tianxing Cave. This trip took the Tianxing Cave as the end point and returned, totaling about 8 kilometers. It took about 4 hours to hike.
Along the way, each of us is full of high spirits, and the face is filled with smile, without being affected by the gloomy weather. Everyone carries a simple bag, and some are also fully equipped with trekking poles. At the beginning, we have the same rhythm and go forward together. When we go to Wuli cave, we separate. Some of us focus on climbing without relax, while others just record how beautiful of the journey. Although the sky is raining at the time of achieving to the summit, everyone continued to move forward, and finally the team members and guests successfully reached the end of the trip - Tianxing Cave.
Through this group building, we not only exercised our body, honed our will, but also delighted ourselves. The event effectively activated the staff's spare time and enhanced the spirit of teamwork. what`s more, it provides a good platform for communication between employees and leaders, increases unity, deepens friendship and broadens horizons. At the same time, it has cultivated a harmonious corporate culture, enhanced the cohesiveness among department members, and promoted the sense of collaboration among people. We have reason to believe that Shanghai Maron will create a better future with the help and cooperation of all members.
